All our housekeepers are screened, interviewed and undergo specially developed domestic training program designed to meet the needs of our clients. They are certified housekeepers under authorized training school. Thus quality assured.

Who clean my home?

A team consists of 2 full-time housekeepers. They are our
full-time salaried housekeepers and they are Singaporeans.

Why two housekeepers?

We believe time is the most valueable thing to our value customer that why with two housekeepers we cut the waiting time to half and there will be more work done and more efficiency in a specified time.

What does the customers have to provide for the cleaning?

For Spring cleaning we will provide all the cleaning aids. For
regular housekeeping, you just needs to provide us with ironing boards and vacuum cleaners. Cleaning aids and agents will be supply by us. However, you may use your preferred product.

Do I have to be at home during cleaning?

No. Most of our clients prefer to have their home cleaned
while they are away.

How do we allow your housekeepers to enter our homes to clean if we are away?

Most of our clients leave their keys with us. We only allow our senior staff to handle the keys. If not, you could make arrangements with your friends or family members.

What are the cleaning times like?

From Monday to Sunday
8am – 9.30am
10am - 11.30am
1pm – 2.30pm
3pm – 4.30pm

Do you do cleaning at night or weekends?

We only do cleaning in the day. There will be an extra charge of $10 per session if the cleaning is scheduled on weekends. There will be no cleaning on public holidays and New Year eve. If the cleaning day happens to fall on a public holiday, we shall re-schedule you another day.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. However, one month notice before termination of service must be given.

How do I know if your service meets my requirement?

There will be a feedback slip attached to your invoice each time you receive it. You may write your comments or the ways in which we can improve in order to serve you better and pass it back to us.
